Not at all. Everything is taught step by step. The practices are beginner-friendly and scalable based on your energy levels and comfort.
Yes. Many participants continue their existing workouts and use Breath Beast to improve recovery, stamina, and focus. You’ll also learn when not to push.
Very little. A small space at home is enough. A yoga mat is helpful but optional. Most practices are equipment-free.
