  • Not at all. Everything is taught step by step. The practices are beginner-friendly and scalable based on your energy levels and comfort.

  • Yes. Many participants continue their existing workouts and use Breath Beast to improve recovery, stamina, and focus. You’ll also learn when not to push.

  • Very little. A small space at home is enough. A yoga mat is helpful but optional. Most practices are equipment-free.
